Positions at Ford Motor Company and Tier I suppliers (GKN Automotive and Alcan Aluminum) gave more insight into manufacturing, engineering, and quality channels.
Ms. Lebert earned BA honors at the University of Michigan in Dearborn and continues her education with industry certifications and accreditations annually.
